Workshop Direct is the direct-to-consumer arm of Workshop Designs, a premier design and joinery house specialising in everything from small cabinetry projects to high-end residential homes. We spent years perfecting bespoke interiors, but we kept hearing the same thing: customers wanted that same workshop-grade quality for the everyday pieces in their homes.

 

The "Why" Behind Workshop Direct

We created this brand to challenge the "fast furniture" cycle. We were tired of seeing cheap particle board furniture that falls apart after a season and ends up in our landfills. We wanted to offer an achievable alternative—furniture that is simple, timeless, and built to last a lifetime.

By thoughtfully planning our units to utilise full sheets of material and complete stone slabs, we significantly reduce hard waste.
